Taken over in December 1997 by Mr Nicolas LARGER (Chairman of the Board of Directors of FLEURET SA), the company is one of the leaders in the manufacture of custom-made technological containers for the transport of fragile parts.   With a strong presence in the aeronautics and space sector, the takeover of SATI and PAOLETTI should create a group that is even more integrated and recognized by the major clients with :

• The integration of a know-how in mechanical welding and metal works useful for the production of certain containers,
• A widening of its product range and a tripling of its size enabling it to respond to a larger number of calls for tender,
• The opportunity to develop a GSE (“Ground System Equipments”) tooling offer in fields in which it is already well established (i.e. aeronautics, space and military).
