The Jock Group, created in 1938 and based in Bordeaux, specializes in the design and production of dessert preparations through four complementary ranges: desserts to be prepared, chocolate powders, pastry aids and ready-to-bake cake batters. This regional group deals with almost all the French players in mass distribution and is developing strongly in exports.
