The company is present on the national market of pastry aids and confectionery-chocolate. With 30 years of experience, La Patelière manufactures the entire range of products: flavors, sugars, yeast, candied fruits, toppings, etc. Its mastery and rigor have enabled it to obtain IFS certification.

The company is recognized for its quality products in terms of taste and creativity. It has also been able to adapt to consumer trends by developing an organic range very early on.

Concerned with providing consumers with healthier products, little processed and free of chemicals, La Patelière now offers a 100% natural range with, in particular: – A phosphate-free baking powder, – Fruit coulis made only from fruit and sugar, – An entirely natural flavouring carrier, – Candied fruit previously preserved without sulphite or frozen.
