MEDICALLIANCE, based in Escalquens (31), was founded in 2001 by Mr. Jean-Marc LEONARC-DUCLUZEAU (also a shareholder of INNOSET), holding 39% of the capital, and was then joined by Mr. Philippe DELAYEN in 2008 (formerly of GMS and Vitrine Médicale), holding 60% of the capital.
MEDICALLIANCE is a referencing center, specialized in the medical field, animating a network of c. 300 independent members in France, that is to say the largest national network on the market of the distribution of medical and orthopedic material.
